Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Titus Roux (ranked 2607 p4p, 2046 weight class) and Kamizaki Mitler (ranked 86 p4p, 62 weight class). Titus Roux has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Titus Roux! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kamizaki Mitler! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Gregory Folan and Steve Smith.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Roux tries for a takedown but Mitler sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Mitler fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Roux half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Mitler shoots in and gets a takedown into Roux's guard. Mitler must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Roux looking for a guillotine here but Mitler defends easily.
Roux is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Mitler throws a big right hand that misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Roux is trying to control the position but Mitler postures up. Mitler scoring with punches to the head and body. Roux tries to land a sweep but no joy. Mitler really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Roux. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Roux controlling the position. Mitler with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Mitler slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. It looks like Mitler might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Mitler won't allow Roux to sweep him here. Mitler is stalling in the full guard.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Roux wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Mitler stopping the sweep attempt from Roux. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Roux keeping moving, preventing Mitler from controlling successfully.
 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Mitler moves into the clinch.
Mitler pulls guard successfully.
Mitler wants to stand up but Roux is controlling him. Roux is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Roux trying to control the position from guard on top but Mitler is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Roux looking to pass the guard. Mitler wants to get back to his feet but Roux is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Mitler can't keep his opponent in guard - Roux advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Roux is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Roux thowing shots but they're missing.

Roux wants to finish this one by submission but Mitler is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Roux. Mitler is trying to stand up. Mitler is trying to escape the mount but Roux keeps good control and instead manages to take Mitler's back.
Mitler is trying to stand back up. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Kamizaki Mitler will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
A left and a right from Mitler both land. Nice combination. Mitler scores with a shot to the body.
Mitler rushes Roux and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Roux fails to land the takedown. Roux shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Mitler as he avoids it easily. Horrible takedown attempt by Roux or perhaps it was just good defense by Mitler, which made it look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Titus Roux. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nice sprawl there from Mitler as Roux shoots in. A head kick misses from Mitler.

Mitler turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Mitler slows the pace down. Roux sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.

Mitler decides to pull guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Roux prevents Mitler from getting back to his feet. Roux tries to free his leg and advance position but Mitler is retaining full guard. Mitler has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Roux passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Mitler explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! A punch combination from Mitler misses. Roux drops down looking for a counter takedown but Mitler sprawls and moves away. Roux shoots in and drives through. Mitler sprawls well.

Roux tries to break the clinch but Mitler is controlling the position. Mitler keeps control of Roux as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Roux is trying to pull guard but Mitler has him pressed against the cage. Mitler stalling against the cage.

Kamizaki Mitler showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

We've been informed that Mitler has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Mitler lands with a kick to the temple. Roux shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Roux. Mitler misses with a head kick.
Mitler throws a head kick that misses. Mitler throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Mitler is looking to clinch but Roux is avoiding it.
Roux changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Mitler throws a right and a left that Roux avoids nicely.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Mitler tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Roux manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Roux appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Mitler moves in looking to clinch but Roux pushes him off. Mitler lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Roux circles away quickly and effectively. Mitler throws a series of punches but Roux avoids them all with ease. Roux slips under a jab from Mitler. Kamizaki Mitler is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Mitler wants to clinch. Kamizaki Mitler is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Mitler fails in his attempt to clinch. Roux tries to counter with a takedown but Mitler is quick to defend against it. Nice straight punches there by Mitler. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Mitler.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Roux is defended easily by Mitler. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Titus Roux. That's going to take a lot out of him. Mitler looks to score with a jab to the body but Roux is just out of range. Mitler fails in his attempt to clinch.
Roux tries to keep at a distance but Mitler has taken the fight into the clinch. A frustrated look appears on Roux's face as he tries to break the clinch.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. Roux tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

And that's the end of the fight! Kamizaki Mitler comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Mitler has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
