Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Otieno Mbatha! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Marcus Dominguez! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Gwen Towbar and Tiny Johnson.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dominguez pivots, looking for a leg kick but Mbatha is out of range and Dominguez settles back down. Mbatha scores with the left hand. Dominguez knows he should have avoided that one. Dominguez tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Mbatha paws at him with a jab and circles away. It looked like Mbatha wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Dominguez throws a right hand that Mbatha ducks under and follows up with a left that Mbatha also avoids with ease. Dominguez throws a right and a left that both miss. Mbatha appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Dominguez misses with a two punch combination.
Dominguez closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Dominguez scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Dominguez throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Dominguez throws a hook to the side of Mbatha's head but Mbatha sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Dominguez looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Mbatha stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Dominguez. Mbatha blocks the body kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Mbatha checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Mbatha half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. A decent looking cross lands there for Dominguez.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Dominguez tries to close the distance and clinch but Mbatha swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. A lazy body kick from Dominguez and Mbatha counters with a straight right hand.
 Dominguez is rocked! Dominguez throws a left and a right that both miss
and Mbatha counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Dominguez moves forwards but Mbatha connects with a nice, crisp jab. Dominguez is still on wobbly legs! Can Mbatha finish him? Mbatha wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Dominguez throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and Mbatha counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Otieno Mbatha!
