The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Steve Smith and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meadows dives in and grabs Czechia's left leg, looking for a takedown. Czechia pushes down on Meadows's head and hops out.
A slapping leg kick lands for Czechia.
Meadows lands a jab to Czechia's midsection.
Meadows lands a nice shot to the body.
Meadows swings away with a body shot that misses
and Czechia counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Czechia throws a low kick but Meadows avoids it.
A lazy left from Czechia finds it's target.
It looks like Jay Meadows has been cut.
Czechia slips under a jab.

Czechia throws out a counter right but Meadows avoids it with no problem.
A slow jab from Meadows misses its intended target.
Czechia uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Meadows.

Meadows has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Doom\'s Gym in the buildup to the fight.
Meadows lands a jab to Czechia's midsection.
Meadows tried to score with a low kick but Czechia checks it.

Czechia displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Meadows throws out the jab.
Meadows throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Meadows is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Czechia's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
Meadows turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Meadows drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Czechia throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Meadows tries a head kick but it misses.

Meadows throws an overhand right that lands on Czechia's shoulder, as Czechia tries to avoid the shot.
Czechia lunges at Meadows with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Meadows's hand.
Meadows keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.

Meadows throws a right hand that Czechia ducks under and follows up with a left that Czechia also avoids with ease.
Czechia cracks Meadows with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Meadows lands with a kick to the temple. Czechia shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Meadows throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Czechia is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Meadows looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Czechia is fending him off so far but Meadows persists. Nope, Czechia circles away and we're back to standing.
Czechia unleashes a big counter combination but Meadows bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Meadows misses with a double jab.
Czechia slaps away a takedown attempt from Meadows, before circling back to the center of the mat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jay Meadows. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Meadows misses the shot to the body.
Czechia steps in with a hook that catches Meadows right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Czechia follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Meadows looks absolutely devastated.
