Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Valto Joki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Matthew Griffin!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Trevor Gratis and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joki connects with an inside leg kick.
Joki slips under a jab.
Joki scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
It looks like Matthew Griffin has been cut.
Griffin tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Joki manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Joki looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.

Joki takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Griffin connects with the punch.
Griffin loads up on a big right hand but Joki slips the punch.
Joki throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Griffin throws a leg kick
and Griffin takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Griffin takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Griffin drops Joki with a big left hand and mounts him. Joki is in big trouble!
Joki is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Griffin punching from mount but Joki doing a good job of avoiding damage.
Oh Joki is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Griffin postures up and throws a big right hand. BOOM! Right on the button! Joki is out cold - huge knockout for Griffin!
