Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hugo Eklund (ranked 622 p4p, 391 weight class) and Jimmy Logan (ranked 85 p4p, 52 weight class). Logan has chosen The Wizard as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Hugo Eklund!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jimmy Logan!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Illya Tyunina and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Logan throws a right hand that misses
and Eklund counters with a low kick, right behind Logan 's knee.
Logan pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Eklund back to the cage. Logan follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Eklund closes the distance and clinches up with Logan, looking for a takedown. Eklund pushes Logan against the cage but Logan circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Logan appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Eklund throws a hook but Logan avoids it easily.

We've been hearing reports that Eklund has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
