Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tiago Brito (ranked 1184 p4p, 2499 weight class) and Samuel Henchy (ranked 160 p4p, 304 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tiago Brito!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Samuel Henchy!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Cecil Peabody and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henchy lands an overhand right.
Henchy scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Henchy lands a really nice looking cross but Brito seems unphased.
Henchy rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Brito moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Brito is looking to counter the offense by Henchy and move into the clinch.
Brito slips under a jab from Henchy.
Henchy throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Brito half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Henchy swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Henchy misses with an uppercut.
Brito tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Henchy manages to circle out of the way.
Henchy lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Brito backs up against the cage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Brito steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Henchy.
Henchy shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Brito eats them both and turns towards Henchy to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Henchy lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Henchy.
Brito is rocked!
Henchy closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Oh Brito is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Brito pulls Henchy into guard.
Henchy must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Brito wants to hit a sweep here but Henchy passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Brito there!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Brito is trying desperately to improve position.
Brito seems to have got his legs back now.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Henchy looking to control but Brito is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Brito gets back to half guard.
Brito regains full guard. Nicely done.
Henchy tries to free his leg and advance position but Brito is retaining full guard.
Brito has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Brito looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Henchy has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Brito is proving hard to escape from.
Henchy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Brito. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Brito tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Brito is working hard here to advance position.
Brito is trying to keep Henchy in close.
Henchy controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Henchy wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Brito's closed guard. He's half up but Brito has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Brito pivots and extends the arm, Henchy falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Brito! Well done that man!

After winning the bout, Tiago Brito thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
