Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Magomedov Magomedovich (ranked 3590 p4p, 4770 weight class) and Ryzien Yahmenski (ranked 299 p4p, 346 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Chris Downing and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magomedovich takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Yahmenski moves out of range as Magomedovich strikes.
Yahmenski has closed the distance and engaged Magomedovich in a clinch.
Magomedovich is trying to pull guard but Yahmenski turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Magomedovich pulls guard effortlessly.
Magomedovich throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Magomedovich is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Yahmenski drops back looking for a leg! Magomedovich is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Magomedovich manages to kick Yahmenski off! Yahmenski jumps back into Magomedovich's guard.
Magomedovich manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Yahmenski manages to get himself to full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Yahmenski has his foot on Magomedovich's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Magomedovich works his way back into a safe position though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Magomedovich is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Magomedovich stays in close to Yahmenski's body and controls the position.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Magomedovich breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Magomedovich crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Yahmenski - the referee stops the clock and Magomedovich gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Yahmenski. Magomedovich manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Magomedovich throws a head kick that misses.
Yahmenski tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Yahmenski gets caught flat footed, as Magomedovich shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Yahmenski is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Magomedovich presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Yahmenski pulls guard.
Yahmenski avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Magomedovich is pushing down on Yahmenski's leg trying to pass to half guard. Yahmenski is fighting to maintain full guard but Magomedovich has managed to sneak the leg through.
Magomedovich blocks the strikes from Yahmenski.

Yahmenski is rocked!
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Ryzien Yahmenski will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Yahmenski is looking to clinch but Magomedovich is avoiding it.
Yahmenski throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Magomedovich.
Magomedovich misses with a body kick.
Magomedovich drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Yahmenski right on the button. Yahmenski goes down! Magomedovich follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Magomedovich gets the win via TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:20 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Magomedov Magomedovich!
