Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mario Wester (ranked 2948 p4p, 4232 weight class) and Malik Jubli (ranked 261 p4p, 332 weight class). Wester comes to the cage accompanied by Inner Torment V3. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mario Wester! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Malik Jubli! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and Robert Twigg.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice takedown defense from Wester. No joy for Jubli on that attempt.
Wester throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Jubli tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Wester is in Jubli's guard.
Jubli is working an open guard so Wester takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Jubli tries to clinch up. As Jubli looks to move away, Wester throws a big counter combo but Jubli just gets out of the way. Jubli shoots in for a takedown but Wester shows good takedown defense.
Jubli gets the takedown into side control.
Wester explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Jubli moves in looking to clinch but Wester pushes him off. Wester really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Wester goes for a double leg but Jubli avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Jubli continues to drive forward. Wester blocks an elbow strike from Jubli.
Wester tries for a takedown but Jubli manages to get underhooks.
Wester breaks the clinch.
Jubli shoots in for a takedown but Wester shows good takedown defense. Mario Wester has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Malik Jubli. Jubli tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Wester misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Jubli closes the distance and pushes Wester back into the cage. Jubli tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Wester smiles and moves away.
Wester leaves Jubli with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Wester has his takedown stuffed
and Jubli moves into the clinch. Jubli has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Jubli tries to pull guard but Wester forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Jubli leaning against his opponent.
Wester tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
 That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wester has hold of one of Jubli's legs. Jubli is fighting the takedown attempt but Wester gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Wester preventing the sweep. Jubli trying to control the position.
Wester content to stall in guard here.
Wester stands and steps away. Jubli gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Jubli misses with a takedown
and Wester counters with a nice double leg into side control. Jubli won't be happy with that. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! You can see the frustration on Jubli's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Wester is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Jubli looking for a sweep but Wester has passed into full mount! Oh no! Jubli really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Wester. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Wester avoids the attempt from Jubli to control.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Jubli is desperately trying to improve his position but Wester has a good base and remains in mount.
Wester has control of Jubli's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Jubli regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Wester prevents Jubli from getting the reversal. Wester sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Mario Wester dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Jubli fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. No joy there for Wester, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Wester has a takedown stuffed. Jubli fails with a takedown attempt. Jubli tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Wester counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Jubli! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The referee asks Wester politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Wester prefers to stall for the moment though. Wester landing strikes.
Wester is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Jubli is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Jubli is looking to regain half guard here but Wester keeps moving and retains side control.
 That's one minute gone in the round.
Jubli wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Wester has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Jubli's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Jubli is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Wester!
