Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nove Nai!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bobby Jackoff!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackoff has a takedown stuffed.
Nai tries to bum rush Jackoff with a series of wild strikes but Jackoff uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Jackoff lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Nai fails with the takedown.
Nai fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Jackoff to the ground. Nai is now in Jackoff's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nai is looking to work some ground and pound but Jackoff has wrist control.
Nai might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Jackoff looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Jackoff working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Nai has passed into half guard!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Nai slips a nice elbow through Jackoff's hands, connecting with Jackoff's forehead.
Nai slows the pace down in half guard.
Jackoff tries to roll over but Nai keeps him under control.
Nai is trying to work for a kimura but Jackoff is defending well.

Jackoff might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Nai haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Nai lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Jackoff is trying to control but can't.

Nai got a little sloppy there for a moment and Jackoff has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Nai has managed to get both his arms back between Jackoff's legs - danger averted.
