With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jackson Martinez!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Martinez. No joy for Carerre on that attempt.

Carerre has closed the distance and engaged Martinez in a clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Martinez's face as he tries to break the clinch.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Carerre manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.

Carerre goes for a double leg but Martinez avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Martinez continues to drive forward.

That was a close second round but I would say that Gorka Carerre will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Martinez lands a high kick!
Martinez feints a jab promting Carerre to slip. Martinez then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Carerre slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Martinez comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Carerre has Martinez up against the cage in a clinch.
Martinez takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Martinez tries to circle away but Carerre has him pinned against the cage.
Martinez looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Martinez on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Martinez got a little sloppy there for a moment and Carerre has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Martinez has managed to get both his arms back between Carerre's legs - danger averted.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Martinez seems a little lost for a moment, as Carerre dominates the positioning.

Carerre decides to stand back up.
Carerre tries to score a power double leg takedown but Martinez sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Carerre somewhat.

and Carerre counters with a series of strikes. Martinez will be more careful next time no doubt.
