The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Left hook, right uppercut from Krakowski.
Krakowski stuffs the takedown.
Spartan shoots in looking for a takedown but Krakowski manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Spartan's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Krakowski throws a right and a left that Spartan avoids nicely.
Krakowski has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Fein Team in the buildup to the fight.
Krakowski throws a right hand that Spartan ducks under and follows up with a left that Spartan also avoids with ease.
Krakowski throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Krakowski stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Krakowski wants it to stay on the feet.

Spartan tries to clinch there but Krakowski circles away.
Krakowski appears to be looking for a big counter.
Spartan tries to score a power double leg takedown but Krakowski sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Spartan somewhat.

Spartan tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

It looked like Krakowski wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Krakowski throws a nice looking combination but Spartan bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Krakowski lands a left and a right that send Spartan crashing to the mat, dazed. Krakowski thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Spartan is rocked!
It looks like Jason Spartan has been cut.
Spartan gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Krakowski gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Spartan is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bernard Krakowski!
