And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ronald Mclovin!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Percy O'Donnell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloppy strikes from Hoost. Those never looked like landing.
Hoost seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Hoost lands a jab to Mclovin's midsection.
Mclovin walks into a jab.

It looks like Ronald Mclovin has been cut.
A combination from Hoost does no damage.
The fight stays on the outside here - Mclovin looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Hoost misses with a double jab.
Mclovin tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Hoost counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hoost stuns Mclovin with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Hoost cracks Mclovin with an open hand slap.
Hoost lands a nice looking body shot.
Hoost dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hoost lands with a straight right. Mclovin didn't see that one coming.
Mclovin takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Mclovin looks winded!
Hoost scores with a jab. Mclovin acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
A shot to the liver by Hoost. Beautiful body shot.
Mclovin on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Hoost lands a really nice looking cross but Mclovin seems unphased.
Mclovin takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Hoost slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Hoost feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Mclovin sprawling to the canvas! Mclovin rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Hoost finish him?!

Mclovin is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hoost moves in close and cracks Mclovin with a massive right hand! Mclovin, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Hoost!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Remy Hoost!
Remy Hoost opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
