The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kekkonen ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Emelianenko moves away.
Kekkonen misses with a low kick as Emelianenko jumps back.
A slow jab from Emelianenko misses its intended target.
Kekkonen looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Kekkonen misses the shot to the body.
Emelianenko throws a jab but it's blocked by Kekkonen.
Kekkonen ducks under a wild hook from Emelianenko.

and Kekkonen counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Emelianenko throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kekkonen sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Kekkonen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Emelianenko weaves into range and cracks Kekkonen right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Kekkonen goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Emelianenko is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
