The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Steve Montenegro and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Claxton lands a slapping body shot.
Hall takes a jab right on the kisser.
Claxton looks to score with a jab to the body but Hall is just out of range.
Claxton throws a lazy right hand but Hall sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Hall closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Claxton did well to prevent Hall getting side control.
Claxton is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Hall is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Claxton is just riding it out for now. Hall eventually gives up the hold.
Claxton wants to improve his position but Hall is controlling well.
