Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Benjamin Harris (ranked 1204 p4p, 1340 weight class) and Tico Tico (ranked 110 p4p, 129 weight class). Tico has chosen Paco De Lucia - Tico Tico as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Benjamin Harris!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 35 - 23 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tico Tico!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Radbod Blank and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tico throws a looping overhand right but Harris ducks down to avoid it.
Tico throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Harris.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Tico connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Harris scores with a nice strike.
It looks like Tico Tico has been cut.
Tico misses with a body shot.
Harris takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Tico misses with an uppercut. Harris saw that one coming.
Harris takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Tico gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Harris to score an easy takedown into full guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Harris has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Tico takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Harris can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Tico controls the pace.
Harris is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Tico is aware though and is defending well.

Harris isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Tico stacks Harris on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Tico!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Harris bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Harris thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Tico scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Harris doesn't seem bothered though.
Harris fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Tico has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Tico throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Harris stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Harris shoots in for a double leg but Tico sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Harris throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Harris is fighting to break Tico's control of his arms but Tico is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Harris pushes down on Tico's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Harris is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Tico is just riding it out for now. Harris eventually gives up the hold.

Harris winds up and cracks Tico with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
The cut above Tico Tico's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Tico Tico's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

After winning the bout, Benjamin Harris thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
