Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joe Rojers (ranked 1834 p4p, 5187 weight class) and Michael Fochi (ranked 229 p4p, 457 weight class). Rojers comes into the arena with Show Stoppa blaring out of the sound system. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Yves DeLean and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fochi with a poor takedown
and Rojers counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Rojers throws a looping overhand right but Fochi ducks down to avoid it.

As Fochi tries to get set, Rojers tries to push him back and clinch up but Fochi manages to avoid the attempt.
A jab lands there for Rojers.

We've been informed that Fochi has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Rojers creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Fochi's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Fochi drops to his knees and Rojers pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
