Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Salvatore Coppola (ranked 2344 p4p, 2723 weight class) and Caique Lima (ranked 258 p4p, 290 weight class). Coppola comes into the arena with Duality blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 23 - 44 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Salvatore Coppola!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Caique Lima!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Hirohito Nitta and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lima fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Coppola, pushing him back against the cage.
Lima ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Lima no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Coppola wants to control from the top but Lima keeps moving.
Lima had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Coppola defends it easily.

Coppola stands and throws Lima's legs to the side, diving into side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Coppola taking a break here but Lima is having none of it and regains half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lima is in trouble now - Coppola has advanced to mount!

Lima is squirming around, avoiding Coppola's attempts to control the action.
Coppola throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
Coppola swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Lima is now in Coppola's guard. A big mistake from Coppola there, giving up the dominant position!
Lima drops back, looking for a kneebar! Coppola looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Coppola looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Coppola!

Coppola lands a few punches from side control.
Coppola tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
Lima is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Coppola's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Coppola is keen to just control but Lima is a slippery customer.

Lima is not content to let Coppola control the position.
Coppola is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Coppola is stalling here. Lima is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Coppola seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Lima has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
Lima wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Coppola, who protects the arm well.
Coppola sneaks back into half guard.

Lima seems to be working for a kimura but Coppola defends the submission attempt.
Coppola is pushing off trying to get to his feet. Lima has hold of the leg though and he's dropped back for a heel hook… has he got it?? YES! Coppola is tapping! This fight is all over!
