Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ralen Tilvur (ranked 3872 p4p, 3532 weight class) and Mikhail Popkov (ranked 375 p4p, 349 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ralen Tilvur! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 24 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mikhail Popkov! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shigeki Fujiwara and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Popkov rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Tilvur counters with a straight right hand.
 It looks like Mikhail Popkov has been cut. Tilvur looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Tilvur ducks under a wild hook from Popkov.
Tilvur darts in and clinches Popkov up against the cage. Popkov wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Tilvur lands a left hand that snaps the head of Popkov backwards. A quick uppercut on the inside from Tilvur. Tilvur with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Popkov throws a head punch that misses. Tilvur lands with a right to the head. Tilvur lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Popkov misses with some punches.
Tilvur lands a nice uppercut. Popkov avoiding damage as Tilvur throws knees to the body.
Tilvur lands a body punch. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Tilvur tries a knee to the head but Popkov blocks it.
Popkov misses with a hook from the clinch. Tilvur doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Popkov fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Popkov is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Popkov wants to break free but Tilvur has control.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Tilvur scores with a shoulder strike.
 That has opened up Mikhail Popkov's cut even more. Tilvur throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Popkov blocks it with crossed arms. Popkov taking a breather. Tilvur with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. A short left from Tilvur.
 The cut above Mikhail Popkov's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Popkov takes a knee right on the jaw!
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Mikhail Popkov's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Ralen Tilvur! Our winner, Ralen Tilvur, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
