And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Percy O'Donnell and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gill moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Gill lands a big shot that drops Rios! Can he finish him?
Rios is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Rios wants to stand and escape but Gill is having none of it.
Rios trying to control the position.
Rios looking to hit a scissor sweep but Gill is one step ahead there.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Rios can do anything to dispel that myth.
Gill wants to control from the top but Rios keeps moving.
Rios is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Rios has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Gill has passed into side control.
Rios tries to improve position but can't.

Gill has hold of Rios's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Rios seems comfortable defending it but Gill has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Rios is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Rios is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Gill couldn't care less - he's delighted!
