Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jin Devil (ranked 2044 p4p, 2630 weight class) and Ichiro Hasegawa (ranked 197 p4p, 249 weight class). Jin Devil has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Jin Devil! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ichiro Hasegawa! The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, William Gold and James Atkins.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hasegawa throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Devil.
Hasegawa rushes Devil and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Hasegawa lands a right hand that snaps the head of Devil backwards. Devil is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Hasegawa gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Devil jumps guard but Hasegawa stands there with Devil around his waist. Devil gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Hasegawa leaning his opponent against the cage. Devil looking for a takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jin Devil. That's going to take a lot out of him. Devil wants a takedown but no success here.
Hasegawa lands a shot to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hasegawa unloads a knee to the mid-section. Devil lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Devil is breathing heavily. Hasegawa softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. A nice left hand lands by Hasegawa.
Devil can't get the takedown.
The referee calls for Hasegawa to work.
Hasegawa pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Hasegawa misses with a few strikes there.
Devil shoots in and bounces Hasegawa off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Hasegawa is wriggling around but Devil manages to pass to half guard.
Hasegawa wants to get back to his feet. Devil not doing much here.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Devil tries to pass to full mount but Hasegawa defends it. Hasegawa is not content to let Devil control the position. Devil trying to mount his opponent but Hasegawa defends it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Devil seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Devil seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Hasegawa for as long as he can get away with.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Devil tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Hasegawa defends well and Devil ends up having to push Hasegawa into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Devil letting Hasegawa take a breather here. Hasegawa stalls.
Devil gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Devil slows the pace down in half guard. Hasegawa is trying to stand back up but Devil is controlling him
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Hasegawa is staying active underneath Devil, who seems content to just control the action from this position. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Ichiro Hasegawa dominated that round. That's time! Devil's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Devil shoots for a takedown but Hasegawa saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Hasegawa rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Devil moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Hasegawa has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Hasegawa throws a combination. Devil tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Ichiro Hasegawa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hasegawa forces Devil back against the cage and clinches. Devil is looking to take this one to the mat. Hasegawa stalling against the cage.
Hasegawa lands with a short shot to the head. Devil tries to score a body lock takedown but Hasegawa shows good agility there to stay on his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jin Devil. That's going to take a lot out of him. Devil is looking to take this one to the mat. Devil drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Hasegawa escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. No luck with that takedown attempt from Devil. Hasegawa falls off balance throwing a combination
so Devil counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Hasegawa manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Devil looking for a takedown.
Hasegawa breaks the clinch.
Hasegawa scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Devil tries for a takedown but Hasegawa sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Devil with a lazy takedown attempt and Hasegawa counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Hasegawa looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Left hook, right uppercut from Hasegawa.
 Devil is rocked! A big right followed by a crushing left from Hasegawa knocks Devil out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:46 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Ichiro Hasegawa! In defeat, Jin Devil stepped up to the mic, saying 'Well, tonight wasn’t my night. My opponent was the better man, and I felt every second of it. But that’s okay—sometimes you learn more from being the nail than the hammer. I’ll be back, hungrier and a little less punchable.
