Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Phillip Ecclestone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Paul Phoenix!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Phoenix fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Danga de danga de dang - Ecclestone scores with a four punch combination!
It looks like Paul Phoenix has been cut.
Ecclestone listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Ecclestone scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
A thudding body kick lands there by Ecclestone!
Ecclestone lands a nice looking body kick.
Ecclestone fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Phoenix has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Phoenix stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Ecclestone.
Phoenix will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ecclestone scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Ecclestone lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Phoenix steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Ecclestone. That one must have hurt.
Phoenix looks winded!
Ecclestone lands a nice hook to Phoenix's body. Phoenix takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Good leg kick by Ecclestone.
Horrible takedown attempt by Phoenix or perhaps it was just good defense by Ecclestone, which made it look bad.
Phillip Ecclestone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paul Phoenix.

Ecclestone keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Ecclestone lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Ecclestone circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Phoenix drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Ecclestone follows Phoenix to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
