Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Maurice Myers (ranked 1019 p4p, 1619 weight class) and Allen Estes (ranked 118 p4p, 175 weight class). Myers comes to the cage accompanied by In The Hall Of The Mountain King. Estes has chosen Went Legit as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Maurice Myers! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Allen Estes! The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksandr Martynov.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Estes takes a head kick and keeps coming.
 It looks like Allen Estes has been cut. Myers misses the jab. Estes tries to bum rush Myers with a series of wild strikes but Myers uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Myers scores with a sloppy right hand. Estes should have avoided that one. Estes throws a head kick but Myers moves out of range.
Myers bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Myers was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Estes finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Estes paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. A decent looking cross lands there for Myers. Estes ducks under a wild hook from Myers. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Estes! But no joy. Myers moves out of range of the strikes. Myers swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Estes dips down and scores with a jab to the body. A swing and a miss from Estes. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A cross from Myers lands. Estes motions for Myers to come forward. Estes throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. It looked like Myers wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Estes throws a right hand that misses
and Myers counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Estes is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Myers uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Estes.
Estes takes a swing at Myers's ribcage but misses. Myers on the wrong end of a nice jab. Myers looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Estes clobbers Myers with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Estes takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Estes misses with a straight right. Myers just misses with a punch to the body.
Myers lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Myers takes a body punch but keeps moving. Myers cracks Estes with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Myers lands a leg kick that knocks Estes off balance momentarily. Myers blocks a jab. Estes misses with a lunging right hand
and Myers counters with a nice leg kick. Myers throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Estes misses with a left hand and Myers counters with a good low kick that Estes was not able to check. Jab by Estes. Nice straight punches there by Myers. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Myers. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Myers drives through and clinches with Estes against the cage.
Myers lands with a short head shot on the inside.
 That has opened up Allen Estes's cut even more. Estes tries a body shot but Myers blocks it.

Estes misses with a punch to the body.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Estes tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Estes fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Myers blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Myers lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Estes or not. Estes looks winded! A nice left hand lands by Myers.
Myers digs a right hand into Estes's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Estes's gas tank. Myers working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. A nice glancing elbow lands by Myers. Myers lands on the inside with an uppercut. Nice body punch from Myers. Estes takes an elbow to the forehead.
 Estes is rocked! Myers lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Myers lands with a short head shot on the inside. Estes is still on wobbly legs! Can Myers finish him?
 The cut above Allen Estes's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Myers lands a shoulder strike. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Myers. Myers creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Estes's defenses. Nice body punch from Myers. Myers creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Estes with a big uppercut! Estes tries to clinch up but Myers pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Estes to the mat! Estes covers up and Myers unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Maurice Myers! An out of breath Maurice Myers thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
