Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mario Boyle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Orion Malone!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Fedor Mirinova and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malone scores with a body shot.
A telegraphed right hand from Malone misses the target.
Malone misses with a right hand
and Boyle connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Orion Malone has been cut.
Boyle staying out of range there.
A little feinted left hand from Boyle on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Boyle ducks under a wild hook from Malone.
Boyle throwing a counter right hand but Malone manages to avoid it.
Malone misses with a straight left.
Boyle walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Malone throws an overhand right that lands on Boyle's shoulder, as Boyle tries to avoid the shot.
Boyle appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Boyle drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Boyle slips under a jab from Malone.
Malone misses with a hook
and Boyle counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Boyle displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Malone throws out the jab.
Malone might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Malone loads up on a big right hand but Boyle slips the punch.

Boyle moves out of range of the strikes.

and Boyle cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

and Boyle connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

and Boyle scores with a counter punch that sends Malone to the canvas! Boyle smells blood - he's punishing Malone with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Malone has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!

Mario Boyle decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
