Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lazaros Constantinou (ranked 1670 p4p, 1912 weight class) and Otso Toivonen (ranked 189 p4p, 213 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lazaros Constantinou!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 25 - 18 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Otso Toivonen!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Albert Achterberg and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toivonen just misses with a punch to the body.
Constantinou darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Constantinou shoots in looking for a takedown but Toivonen manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Constantinou's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Toivonen let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Toivonen swats away the attempt to clinch by Constantinou.
Toivonen ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Constantinou moves away.

Toivonen has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Constantinou after a bit of a struggle.
Constantinou tries to pull guard but Toivonen holds him up against the cage and eventually Constantinou drops back down to his feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Constantinou keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Toivonen's head.
Toivonen is trying to control the position but Constantinou postures up.
Constantinou throws an elbow that misses. Toivonen uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Constantinou's guard. Nice move by Toivonen!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
