Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 65 - 101 - 11, fighting out of Las Vegas, Helen Salvacion!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Chad Campbell and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gordon drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Gordon wants to pass the guard but Salvacion is keeping the position.
Gordon engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Gordon makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Gordon postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Gordon sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Salvacion's guard.
Gordon passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Salvacion!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gordon is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Salvacion has managed to escape the submission attempt.
We've been hearing good reports from Gordon's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Gordon softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Salvacion is out cold! Gordon jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
