Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rasmus Karhu (ranked 1841 p4p, 1830 weight class) and Aatami Korpi (ranked 202 p4p, 200 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Rasmus Karhu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 2, fighting out of St Petersburg, Aatami Korpi!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Karhu is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Karhu changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Korpi tries to avoid it but Karhu manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Korpi to the ground. Korpi escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Korpi is pulling down on Karhu's head. It's preventing any offense from Karhu, at least for the moment.
Korpi is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
