Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Muhammad Amir Bhadela (ranked 1513 p4p, 923 weight class) and New Leaf (ranked 80 p4p, 52 weight class). Bhadela's entrance music is Combat Ready. A fine choice. Bhadela has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Muhammad Amir Bhadela looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Muhammad Amir Bhadela!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, New Leaf!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Chad Campbell and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bhadela throws a lazy right hand but Leaf sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Leaf should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Bhadela just misses with a punch to the body.
Leaf slips under a jab from Bhadela.
New Leaf seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bhadela throws a hook to the side of Leaf's head but Leaf sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Leaf wants to counter with a clinch but Bhadela pushes him away.
Leaf closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bhadela circles away.
Bhadela jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Bhadela throws a jab but it's blocked by Leaf.
Leaf gets a clinch.
Bhadela controlling the action here for a moment.
Bhadela is breathing heavily.
Leaf has Bhadela pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Leaf pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Bhadela tumbling to the mat - Leaf dives into Bhadela's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Leaf drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Leaf jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Bhadela knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Leaf on the ground.
Bhadela wants to stand and escape. He's got his foot on Leaf's hips, looking to push off. But Leaf grabs a hold of the leg and drops back for an ankle lock! It's hard to tell if he's got it. Both fighters look composed - OH, not anymore they don't! Bhadela screams like a kid who's trapped his fingers in the car door and taps out! Yikes, that must have hurt - hopefully it's not snapped anything!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Heel Hook). New Leaf!
