The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Taro Takaoka and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toyokawa misses with a hook. Baracael ducked under it nicely.
Toyokawa looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Baracael moves out of range as Toyokawa strikes.
Toyokawa misses with an uppercut. Baracael saw that one coming.
Toyokawa fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
A jab from Toyokawa misses.
Baracael shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Baracael showed some decent athleticism there.
Baracael is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Toyokawa is trying to escape the mount but Baracael keeps good control and instead manages to take Toyokawa's back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Baracael is landing with strikes from the back.
Toyokawa is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Baracael off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.
Toyokawa is really stuck here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Baracael wants to control but Toyokawa is keeping busy.
Baracael is looking for the choke from the back position but Toyokawa is controlling his hands well.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Toyokawa rolls, trying to escape but Baracael keeps control of the position.
Baracael has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Toyokawa is defending well but eventually Baracael manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Toyokawa has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
