Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kimbino Slice (ranked 1841 p4p, 23785 weight class) and Jay Meadows (ranked 206 p4p, 412 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Slice might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Put Up Or Shut Up. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Alec Ball and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slice changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Meadows connects with a looping right hand.
Meadows cracks Slice with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Meadows shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Slice pinned against the cage. Slice gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Meadows tries for a takedown but Slice sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Slice swings for the body but Meadows moves out of range.

Slice on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Meadows is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Slice had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.
Meadows shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Slice as he jumps to the side.

Meadows is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Slice throws a hook but Meadows blocks it.
