Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between James Braddock (ranked 22809 p4p, 22970 weight class) and Sebastian Burger (ranked 439 p4p, 446 weight class). Sebastian Burger struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 206.3lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burger gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Braddock lands a jab-cross combination.
Braddock definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
James Braddock seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Burger swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Braddock counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Burger tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Nice body punch from Braddock.
Braddock rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Burger moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Braddock takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Burger looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Braddock lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Burger is rocked!
Braddock lands a nice shot to the body.
Burger is still on wobbly legs! Can Braddock finish him?
Burger looks winded!
Burger glances at the clock... BAM! Braddock nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Burger crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Burger is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
