This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the welterweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Amsterdam, with a TWGC record of 21 wins and 22 losses; Christian Dresner! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, with a TWGC record of 3 wins and 1 losses; Stsyapan Chai! The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Taro Takaoka and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Chai shoots in and bounces Dresner off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Dresner (0) vs (2) Chai Chai seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Dresner looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Chai puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dresner is trying to get back to full guard.

Dresner wants to control from the top but Chai keeps moving.
