Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ace Christian (ranked 3666 p4p, 3388 weight class) and Fletcher Floyd (ranked 332 p4p, 309 weight class). Fletcher Floyd is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the featherweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Fletcher Floyd!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Ren Mimura and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Christian lands with a cross.
Christian ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Floyd moves away.
Floyd misses with a takedown attempt - Christian sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Christian misses with a double jab.
Floyd blocks a head kick by Christian.
Christian misses with a kick to the body
and Floyd counters with a single leg into guard. Christian didn't expect that.
Christian is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Floyd dives into side control.
Christian is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Floyd is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
Christian tries to lock up and control but Floyd gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Floyd connects with a nice short shot to Christian's temple.

Floyd throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Christian has his hands clasped together but Floyd breaks the hold and Christian is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Floyd!
