Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between King Kong Jones (ranked 1366 p4p, 1236 weight class) and Seung Joon (ranked 133 p4p, 119 weight class). Joon is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by BewhY (비와이) – 가라사대 (GOTTASADAE). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, King Kong Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Seung Joon!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Ivan Kurochkin and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Joon manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Jones changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Joon tries to avoid it but Jones manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Joon to the ground. Joon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Joon stuffs the takedown attempt from Jones. Jones gets slowly back to his feet.
Jones closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Joon quickly recovers to half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Joon pushes Jones off and gets back to his feet.
Jones tries to clinch but Joon is having none of it.
A slow jab from Jones misses its intended target.
Jones wants to clinch up but Joon keeps it at a distance.
Jones looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Joon is fending him off so far but Jones persists. Nope, Joon circles away and we're back to standing.
Joon is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for King Kong Jones. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jones closes the distance and clinches up with Joon, looking for a takedown. Jones pushes Joon against the cage but Joon circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jones throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Joon sees it coming and avoids it easily.
It seemed like Joon was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

and Joon counters with a body kick that stops Jones in his tracks momentarily.

and Jones takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Joon circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jones looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

and Joon counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Jones misses with a combination
and Joon counters with a lovely shot to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Jones looks to score with a jab to the body but Joon is just out of range.
Jones dives in and scores a takedown into Joon's guard.
Jones slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Joon is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Jones trying to control the position from guard on top but Joon is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Joon manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Joon lands with a right to the head.
Joon is pressed up against the cage. Jones has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Joon down to the mat. Joon avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Jones.

Joon wants to get back to his feet but Jones drags him back down.
Joon is being controlled here.
Joon pushes Jones away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Jones gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Joon throws Jones to one side and escapes!
Jones fails with the takedown.
Jones just misses with a punch to the body.
Joon ducks under a wild hook from Jones.
Joon looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Jones shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Joon sprawls well. Joon wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jones gets slowly back to his feet.
Joon throws a big counter head kick but Jones avoids it with no problem.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Jones jabs Joon to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Joon defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Jones.
Joon swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

Joon stuffs the takedown.
As Jones backs off Joon throws a huge counter combo but Jones manages to avoid it all.
Jones looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Seung Joon dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!

enabling Joon to counter with a crisp jab.
Seung Joon seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Jones darts in looking for a takedown but Joon gets double underhooks and turns Jones into the cage.
A nice side step and Joon releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Joon scores with a shoulder strike.
Jones is rocked!
Joon misses with a short punch on the inside.
Joon scores with a hook to the body.
Joon lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Oh Jones is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A head punch on the inside from Joon fails to land.
Joon throws a punch but it's blocked by Jones.

Joon misses with some punches.
Jones blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Jones is looking to control Joon's arms but Joon gets an underhook and turns him. Now Jones has his back to the cage.
Jones seems to have got his legs back now.
Jones takes a shot to the head.
Joon scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Joon lands a hook that snaps the head of Jones backwards.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jones misses with a punch to the body.
Joon lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Jones to his knees! Joon keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Seung Joon!
Seung Joon opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
