Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Noli Patuga!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Davis Chang!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Patuga gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Patuga jumps guard and drags Chang to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Chang drops back looking for a leg! Patuga is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Patuga manages to kick Chang off! Chang jumps back into Patuga's guard.
Chang stays in close to Patuga's body and controls the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Chang passes easily into side control. Nice work.
My spies in Punishing Division inform me that Chang has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
Chang wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Patuga, who protects the arm well.
Chang is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Patuga looks calm but he's in trouble here. Chang gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Patuga is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Chang lets go of the hold and Patuga can pop his arm back in it's socket.
