Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Arturito Tampukpuk (ranked 270 p4p, 293 weight class) and Presley Chai (ranked 38 p4p, 43 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Presley Chai enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Arturito Tampukpuk!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Presley Chai!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as Tampukpuk lands an impressive looking overhand right. Chai doesn't seem phased though.
Chai throws a shot from downtown. Tampukpuk moves away and avoids it.
Chai shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Tampukpuk's guard.
Chai throws a strike but Tampukpuk rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Chai felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Chai got a little sloppy there for a moment and Tampukpuk has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Chai has managed to get both his arms back between Tampukpuk's legs - danger averted.

Chai is nestled in close to Tampukpuk, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Chai lands a nice short elbow.
Chai looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Tampukpuk with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Oh Tampukpuk is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
