Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Joaquin Osuna!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Osuna throws a shot to the body.
Hawthorne shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Osuna defends it nicely.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hawthorne is pulling down on Osuna's head. It's preventing any offense from Osuna, at least for the moment.
Hawthorne manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Osuna manages to get himself to full guard.

Osuna is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Hawthorne is controlling him.
Hawthorne drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Hawthorne jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Hawthorne is keen to just control but Osuna is a slippery customer.
Osuna is trying to stand up here but Hawthorne is controlling him well.
Osuna is not content to let Hawthorne control the position.

A relieved looking Cohen Hawthorne thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
Joaquin Osuna spoke after the fight, saying ' Joaquin Osuna stubbed his toe getting out of the shower. After talking about his experience to an MMA radio show, the popular opinion is that he's a bit dim but in a loveable way.'.
