The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Glass and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ripken walks into a straight right hand from Toney.
Ripken jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
A jab from Toney misses.
Toney is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ripken.
Ripken looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Ripken works the jab nicely.
TwoTone Toney seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Toney connects with a right hand. Ripken shakes it off.
It looks like Cal Ripken has been cut.
Toney throws a jab when Ripken was well out of range.

and Ripken cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Ripken loads up on a big right hand but Toney slips the punch.
It looked like Toney wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Ripken drops Toney with a beautiful combination! Toney stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Ripken is looking for the KO!
It looks like TwoTone Toney has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ripken connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Toney is rocked!
Toney tries to clinch up
and Ripken rattles Toney with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Toney tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Ripken dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Toney stiff and motionless on the mat!
