And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gerard Messing!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Robert Douchet and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Messing's jab looks to have found its range, popping Clubber under the eye.
It looks like Jimmy Clubber has been cut.
Messing jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Messing feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Clubbers jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Messing keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Jimmy Clubber seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Messing dives in for a single leg takedown but Clubber sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Clubber throws a big counter combination but Messing scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Clubber tries to close the distance and clinch up but Messing swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Messing ducks right into an uppercut from Clubber.
It looks like Gerard Messing has been cut.

Messing has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Clubber is trying to keep an underhook but Messing manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Clubber lands a left and a right that send Messing crashing to the mat, dazed. Clubber thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Clubber closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Messing out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
