Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andre Luiz Capoia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christopher Dubois (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dubois comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Attitude from Sepultura kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Christopher Dubois!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Alexandre Firmino and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Capoia shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Dubois looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Capoia seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Capoia is keen to just control but Dubois is a slippery customer.
Capoia stalling away here and it's allowed Dubois to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Capoia scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Dubois takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
An elbow from Capoia crashes against the mat.
Capoia misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Capoia tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Dubois gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Capoia missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Dubois wants to get back to full guard but Capoia has mounted him!
Capoia controlling his opponent.

Dubois has left one of his arms exposed and Capoia doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Dubois screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
