The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heath looking to land some kicks to the body here.

Brennan shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Brennan tries to clinch there but Heath circles away.
Heath steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Brennan. That one must have hurt.
Heath shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Brennan as he jumps to the side.
Tristan Heath is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Brennan fails with the takedown.
Brennan stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Brennan wants it to stay on the feet.
Heath slips a jab and a cross from Brennan.
Heath misses with a leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Heath tries for a takedown but Brennan sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Brennan closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Heath did well to prevent Brennan getting side control.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Heath tries to bench press Brennan off him but Brennan keeps the position.
Heath on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Heath tries to get out of the position.

Brennan stands up and beckons Heath to his feet.
Brennan throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Brennan closes this distance looking for a takedown but Heath circles away.
Brennan throws a right and a left that both miss.
Heath closes this distance looking for a takedown but Brennan circles away.
Brennan wants to counter with a clinch but Heath pushes him away.

Brennan has managed to clinch.

Brennan decides to pull guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Heath has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Brennan to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Heath is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Brennan pulls down on the head and he's put Heath to sleep! This one is all over!
