Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Erick Vaughn!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Daniel Blasius and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andrade works the jab nicely.
Vaughn pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Vaughn changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Andrade slips a straight right by Vaughn.
A big right from Andrade misses.
Vaughn throws a hook to the side of Andrade's head but Andrade sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Andrade throws a quick inside leg kick.
Vaughn jabs Andrade to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Vaughn throws a body punch but Andrade moves out of range.
Andrade was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
A looping hook to the body misses from Vaughn. Andrade does a little dance to reset his feet.
Vaughn throws a predictable looking body shot
and Andrade counters with an outside leg kick.
Vaughn sizes up Andrade with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Andrade throws a nice inside leg kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Andrade has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Vaughn dips to his left and cracks Andrade with an uppercut!

Andrade doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Vaughn throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Vaughn fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Andrade manages to avoid it.
Vaughn throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Andrade stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Vaughn's coach down at New York Top Team was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Vaughn's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Andrade throws the left hand but Vaughn avoids the punch easily.
Andrade bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Vaughn's head backwards.
A swing and a miss from Vaughn.
Andrade looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Vaughn throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
It looked like Andrade wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Vaughn misses with a looping right.
Some wild striking there from Vaughn.
Vaughn cracks a nice hook into Andrade's ribs.
Andrade misses with a hook.
Vaughn takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Vaughn misses with a jab to the body
and Andrade connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Andrade scores with a crisp jab that stopped Vaughn in his tracks.

Vaughn connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Andrade momentarily.

and Andrade counters with a nice uppercut.
Vaughn is still on wobbly legs! Can Andrade finish him?

Vaughn seems to have recovered his senses.

Andrade uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Vaughn.

and Andrade makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Andrade is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Andrade dips to his left and cracks Vaughn with an uppercut!
Erick Vaughn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Andrade misses with a looping left.
Andrade lands a big right hand that sends Vaughn crashing to the mat! Andrade stays standing though and waves Vaughn back to his feet!
Andrade moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Vaughn throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Andrade misses with a left hand
and Vaughn counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Andrade drops Vaughn with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Vaughn! Andrade dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Quinten Andrade!
