Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rei Hokazono!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lotte Jansen!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Francis DeMontford and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jansen uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Hokazono has time to react.
Hokazono throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Jansen counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Hokazono tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Jansen paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Hokazono avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Jansen misses with the combination.
Hokazono fails with an attempt to clinch.
Jansen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hokazono was well out of range. Poor timing from Jansen.

Hokazono throws a nice looking combination but Jansen bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Hokazono throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jansen.
Jansen throws a right and a left that Hokazono avoids nicely.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jansen thuds his right hand into Hokazono's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Jansen dodges the punch combination from Hokazono.

Hokazono is rocked!
Hokazono looks to clinch
and Jansen counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Oh Hokazono is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hokazono tries to close the distance and clinch but Jansen swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jansen cracks Hokazono with an uppercut from hell and Hokazono crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Jansen's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
Jansen decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Jansen drops Hokazono with a big left hand! Hokazono is injured, injured bad! Jansen jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lotte Jansen!
