The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. Vakhvakhishvili darts in looking for a takedown but Abdul Karim gets double underhooks and turns Vakhvakhishvili into the cage.
Abdul Karim is fighting off a takedown attempt but Vakhvakhishvili is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Abdul Karim to the mat.
