And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Eden Knight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Popov has taken the fight to the clinch.

Knight working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Popov doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Popov manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Popov lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Popov.
Popov shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Knight sprawls well. Knight wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Popov gets slowly back to his feet.
Popov motions for Knight to come forward. Popov throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Popov shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Knight is trying to defend but Popov finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Knight slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Popov trying to control the position from guard on top but Knight is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Knight working for a triangle but Popov defends it easily.

Knight is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Popov is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Knight can do to turn this around?

Knight escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Popov gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Popov has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Knight to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Popov is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Knight pulls down on the head and he's put Popov to sleep! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Eden Knight!
