The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Wesley Smith and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blount throws a lazy uppercut
and Serra counters with a nice uppercut.
Blount misses with a jab, cross combination.
Blount uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Serra.
Blount misses the jab.
Blount throws a poor cross that misses
and Serra cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Serra breaks from the clinch.
Blount misses with a straight left.
Serra needs to keep his hands up - Blount had a free shot at his head there.
It looks like Jack Serra has been cut.
Blount looks to land a right hand but Serra moved out of range.

Serra lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Serra.
Serra lands with a hook. Blount tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Serra takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Serra seems to have recovered his senses.
Serra throws a jab but it's blocked by Blount.

Serra wants to counter with a clinch but Blount pushes him away.

Blount scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Blount ducks right into an uppercut from Serra.
Serra might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
