Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Otso Toivonen (ranked 1949 p4p, 3214 weight class) and Jakup Idrizaj (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 23 - 17 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Otso Toivonen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jakup Idrizaj!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Sergei Dronov and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Idrizaj closes the distance but Toivonen moves to the side
and Toivonen counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Idrizaj misses with a kick to the body
and Toivonen counters with a left to the body.
Idrizaj steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Toivonen. That one must have hurt.
Idrizaj throws a sloppy body shot
and Toivonen cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Idrizaj is rocked!
Idrizaj gets a takedown into half guard.
Toivonen makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Toivonen avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Toivonen moves out of range of the body kick.
Toivonen really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Toivonen takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Idrizaj throws a body kick that misses
and Toivonen holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Idrizaj prevents the takedown attempt.
Toivonen manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Toivonen tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Idrizaj wants to control from the top but Toivonen keeps moving.
Idrizaj has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Toivonen to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Idrizaj is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Toivonen pulls down on the head and he's put Idrizaj to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Otso Toivonen!
