Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ilir Meta (ranked 4004 p4p, 4777 weight class) and Adam Broad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Broad has chosen I Just Had Sex - The Lonely Island, Akon as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ilir Meta!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Adam Broad!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Lou da Vinci and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meta fails in his attempt to clinch.
Meta shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Broad napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Broad manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Broad is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Broad prevents Meta from improving his position.
Meta is controlling Broad's position as best he can from this difficult position.
Meta tries to get to full guard but Broad has control of the leg.
Meta on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Meta tries to get out of the position.
Broad wants to work for an arm triangle but Meta is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Broad passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Meta!
Meta is wriggling around trying to escape.
Broad working for a submission but Meta is keeping him at bay.
Broad trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Meta tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Meta tries to lock up and control but Broad gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Broad is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Meta to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Meta shrugs it off.
Meta defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Broad.
Broad goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Meta turns into him and now he's in Broad's guard.
Broad being controlled here, momentarily.
Broad is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Broad is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Meta is looking to control Broad's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Meta avoid being mounted?
Meta flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Meta wants to control but Broad is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Broad is working for a submission of some sort.
Broad prevents Meta from improving his position.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Broad passes into side control, despite Meta's attempt to control the position.
Broad has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Meta is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Broad yanks on the arm and Meta is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Broad.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Adam Broad!
