Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sendo Tackashei! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Clay Hancock! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yuuki Gou and Shigeki Sano.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hancock circles away from the clinch attempt.
Hancock swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Tackashei moves in looking to clinch but Hancock pushes him off. Tackashei moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Tackashei takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Tackashei on the wrong end of a nice jab. Tackashei throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Hancock lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Tackashei at a distance.
The fight stays on the outside here - Tackashei looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Hancock defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Tackashei. Hancock dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Tackashei shoots in looking for a takedown but Hancock manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Tackashei's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Tackashei takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Hancock connects with a jab. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Tackashei tries for a takedown but Hancock sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sendo Tackashei. That's going to take a lot out of him. Tackashei misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hancock.
Hancock is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Hancock cracks Tackashei with a good jab. Hancock fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Tackashei looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Tackashei looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Hancock darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Hancock is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Tackashei had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush. Hancock lands a head shot.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Hancock lands a nice shot that snaps Tackashei's head back.
Tackashei misses with a wild body shot. Clay Hancock is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Hancock keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Tackashei has a takedown stuffed. Clay Hancock seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The crowd cheers as Hancock lands an impressive looking overhand right. Tackashei doesn't seem phased though. Hancock scores with the left hand. Tackashei knows he should have avoided that one. Tackashei looks to land a combination but Hancock avoids it well. A jab from Hancock finds it's way through Tackashei's defenses. Hancock scores with a decent looking hook. Tackashei takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Tackashei tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hancock swats him away and circles back towards the center. Hancock jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Hancock jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Tackashei misses with a takedown attempt - Hancock sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Tackashei is breathing heavily. Hancock stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Hancock might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Hancock changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Jab from Hancock. Hancock scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Hancock dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Tackashei takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Hancock connects with a looping right hand.
Tackashei throws a right and a left that Hancock avoids nicely. Hancock ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Tackashei walks into a left hand. Some wild striking there from Tackashei.
Tackashei drops his hands momentarily and Hancock takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Tackashei closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Hancock scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Tackashei on the wrong end of a nice hook.
 Tackashei is rocked! Good standup being displayed there by Hancock as he connects with a hook. Oh Tackashei is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Hancock drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Tackashei right on the button. Tackashei goes down! Hancock follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Hancock gets the win via TKO!
