Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Damon Maluga (ranked 1862 p4p, 4445 weight class) and Remy Hoost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hoost is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Gron Tapu. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Donald Grub and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maluga throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hoost stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Hoost's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Maluga connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Hoost scrambles back to his feet.
It looks like Remy Hoost has been cut.
Maluga throws a monster overhand right that drops Hoost! Maluga follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Damon Maluga!
After winning the bout, Damon Maluga thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
