Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Aleksa Petrovic (ranked 3917 p4p, 5062 weight class) and Peter Stuyvesant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Aleksa Petrovic! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Peter Stuyvesant! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Sano and Kenichi Hosakawa.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Petrovic has his takedown stuffed enabling Stuyvesant to counter with a crisp jab. Petrovic is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Petrovic wants to clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stuyvesant fakes the leg kick and cracks Petrovic in the body.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Stuyvesant lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Petrovic shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Stuyvesant pinned against the cage. Stuyvesant gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Peter Stuyvesant is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Stuyvesant lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Petrovic at a distance.
Petrovic tries to clinch and Stuyvesant counters with a nice leg kick. Stuyvesant lands a head kick!
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Stuyvesant moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Petrovic closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Stuyvesant to the mat! Stuyvesant manages to get full guard. Petrovic stops Stuyvesant from standing up. Petrovic trying to control but Stuyvesant is working from the bottom. Petrovic pushing down on Stuyvesant's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Stuyvesant can do anything to dispel that myth. Petrovic looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Petrovic lands strikes from half guard. Petrovic is trying to control the action in half guard but Stuyvesant is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Stuyvesant on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Petrovic drops an elbow to the side of Stuyvesant's head. Petrovic passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Stuyvesant! Petrovic working Stuyvesant over with strikes here. Petrovic looking to control but Stuyvesant is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Petrovic in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
BOOM! Petrovic connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Stuyvesant tries to buck Petrovic off but he can't manage it. Petrovic has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Petrovic looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Petrovic goes for an armbar but Stuyvesant turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Stuyvesant. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Petrovic looking to hit a scissor sweep but Stuyvesant is one step ahead there. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Aleksa Petrovic will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Petrovic throwing strikes but missing. Stuyvesant avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Petrovic postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Petrovic slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Petrovic is looking to take a break and control but Stuyvesant is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Petrovic lands a nice forearm strike. Petrovic connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Stuyvesant some visible discomfort.
Stuyvesant felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Petrovic trying to control the position but Stuyvesant is working away.
Petrovic thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Petrovic is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Stuyvesant can do to turn this around? Stuyvesant takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Stuyvesant is pushing Petrovic's head away, looking to escape. Petrovic manages to hold on to the position though. Stuyvesant takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Stuyvesant is not content to let Petrovic control the position.
Petrovic tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Petrovic working the ground and pound.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Petrovic has knee on belly and moves into mount. Petrovic lands a heavy elbow. BOOM! Petrovic connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Petrovic has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Stuyvesant's face.
 Stuyvesant is rocked! A nice elbow there by Petrovic. Stuyvesant is still in real trouble! Can Petrovic finish him?
Petrovic is working for a guillotine from mount but Stuyvesant frees his head quite easily.
Petrovic postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Stuyvesant in real trouble here! The ref calls for Stuyvesant to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Aleksa Petrovic! A very excited looking Aleksa Petrovic made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
